IYOOQ BENEFITS
Going Paperless
Going paperless can be a radical step in your Chief and Council, Board or Committee setting.  Some of your members may not immediately jump on board and thatâs ok.  However, there are many benefits to implementing iYooq in your organization.
Cost Savings
As an organization various costs go into conducting meetings â location, audio visuals, travel and accomodations etc. However the one that is consistently there is document creation and the time and materials it takes uses up valuable resources.
These include paper printing costs / section tabs / binders / mail or courier costs and the costs of your staff to print and assemble each package.  Depending on the size of your packets and number of meetings this year costs can exceed $2,500. Â
Going Paperless your costs remain the same.
Environmental
Statistics Canada states our paper consumption âmore than doubled between 1983 and 2003â and that âthe production and use of paper products is at an all-time high.â Â Even if you recycle waste paper, it still takes valuable resources to produce and recycle.
As you can imagine, more and more people believe business should pursue their interests, but also do what is good for society. This means sustainability needs to be part of an organiziations operating strategy. Digitizing paper-based processes and documents is an excellent response.
Efficiencies
The time you spend mishandling paperwork detracts from your ability to service your community or organization and accomplish your goals.
A meeting manager and digital document management system simplifies business processes. You can access data, secure communication, and provide better service. You can also update information sent to your leadership instantly so they have the correct and most up-to-date information when they arrive at a meeting.
The return on investment on a digital document management system happens quickly. Some organizations recoup their money in as little as 6 months. However, it provides many benefits beyond cost-savings. Solid security, an easy audit trail, accessibility, reduced environmental footprint, and ease of use all improve operations and engagement.
